This is a waterproof, vinyl sticker. This will fit over a Clipper card.
No doubt a fan favorite! This is a tribute sticker of the now gone BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) paper tickets that became a part of Bay Area History on November 30th 2023. In 2019, "BART began to transition to to Clipper-only stations as part of efforts to phase out paper tickets."
A handful of years after, BART made it official and made the full switch to Clipper-only fare payments. Yes, that means no stations accept BART Ticket's anymore, just clippers payments via a physical card or on your digital wallet.
I hope you noticed that for amounts where you would see how much money is left on a ticket, I put Bay Area Area Codes!
925 - Concord, Antioch, Livermore, San Ramon and Pleasanton
707 - Vallejo, Benicia, etc
650 - Palo Alto, San Mateo, Redwood City, Menlo Park and Mountain View
510 - Oakland, Hayward, San Leandro, Berkeley, Alameda, etc
415 - San Francisco, Daly City, etc
408 - San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, etc
The BART ticket stickers were a blast from the past. Grabbed one for me and a friend because we used to ride BART back and forth to the north bay for decades.

I've had so many BART workers stop and say "hey lady, paper tickets won't work!".... and then I use my clipper card! They are great. I love the "Easter egg" that the values are Bay Area area codes.
