A clear, glossy waterproof sticker. 

The number 415 is more than just three digits to many. These numbers are the area code that covers San Francisco and some of Marin County.  It originally served northern/central California including San Francisco and Sacramento. 415 was split in 1997 creating the need to update some of the phone numbers to the 650 area code. Due to the growing population, a new area code "628" has been introduced to new phone lines issued in the region. 

Fun Fact: From 1947 until 1991, Oakland was included in the 415 area code. Now it's only available to folks in San Francisco.
