Rooted | Sticker

A waterproof, vinyl sticker.

This sticker has a brain attached to the iconic Oakland tree logo. Pulling inspiration from Oak Trees which used to stretch from Lake Merrit all the way to the San Francisco Bay, the infamous Oakland logo was modernize in the 70's. 

The design speaks to those who learn, love and are rooted in Oakland. As an alum of Laney Community College and the historic Mills College, I truly owe Oakland for the things I've learned as an adult. Oakland teaches us resistance, community and growth and constantly reminds us we have much learning to do!
